With numerous Park sites in Spain we have selected what we feel are or will be the best sites in Spain.

Would potential buyers of a Mobile Home or Park Home in Spain please note that WE ARE NOT AT LIBERTY TO GIVE OUT THE DIRECTIONS TO ANY OF OUR PARKS. All our parks have security gated entrances as they do not want just anyone walking off the street to look around.
This has been put into place for the well being of the residents which we feel sure you will appreciate.
Seeing the parks is of paramount importance and to this end we provide Hassle Free Inspection Trips or pick up clients from their accommodation whilst on holiday and then we escort interested clients around their chosen location.

Our aim has been to look at standards,facilities,location,and legalities and to make sure that all the boxes have been ticked.

Amongst our range there are three parks that are in the process of construction but we have already added these to Our Selection of Parks because of in depth meetings and the knowledge that some of the Park owners have a magnificent reputation for excellence with their Existing Parks.

Our parks have superb facilities including swimming pools, restaurants, cafe bars, bars,receptions, security systems and laundry facilities. There are additional facilities at some parks.

These parks in Spain do not require you to renew your Mobile Homes after a few years.So long as the home is respectable and well maintained they can stay on the park indefinitely.There is NO COUNCIL TAX to pay you just pay the ground rent. Each park has it's own Ground rent figure depending on plot size and location, etc.

Electricity and water is paid as per usage and by meter but generally much, much cheaper than the UK.

Gas is by Bottle and about 12-14€. This can last weeks depending on usage.
